Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is fully featured with no card on file. At the end of the trial we move the tenant to suspended until you subscribe — no surprise charges.
How does the take rate work?
Guest-side payments processed through Stripe Connect carry the take rate listed on your plan. Cash payments marked at the table don't generate a take rate.
What payment methods are supported?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA out of the box via Stripe. Bancontact / iDEAL coverage depends on your country and is configurable in your dashboard.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period from the Stripe Customer Portal. We don't pro-rate refunds.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual prepayment receives a discount; the discounted price is shown in the dashboard at checkout time.
